VIDEO LARYNGOSCOPE
OVERVIEW
Laryngoscopy is a medical procedure which is preformed to facilitate tracheal intubation during general anaesthesia.
I received the task of designing a laryngoscope enhanced with a video display. The challenge of the design was to design a product that is a combination of a disposable piece with a reusable screen.
In addition because the intubation process requires the use of physical power and need to be preformed fast the design also needed to be highly ergonomic and accommodate different hand sizes.
